Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Brand & Content Manager to manage our Shopify store, social media channels, influencer campaigns, and digital content. You’ll play a key role in growing our online presence and customer engagement while coordinating with our creative and video production partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management
- Homepage & Landing Page Updates
Coordinate with designers or use drag-and-drop tools (e.g., Shopify sections, PageFly) to update banners, promotional blocks, and campaign pages
Ensure site is always aligned with marketing campaigns
- Promotions & Discounts
Create and schedule discount codes, flash sales, bundles, and apply them to relevant products
Collaborate with marketing team to align Shopify campaigns with email and social media launches
- Content Optimization
Improve product pages by updating product descriptions (SEO-focused), adding lifestyle images, videos, UGC/testimonials
- Ensure mobile optimization and clean layout
- Customer Experience
Monitor and improve post-purchase flows (upsells, cross-sells, email confirmations, etc.)
Ensure customer queries on the site (via chat widgets or forms) are resolved quickly
- Analytics & Reporting
Track conversion rates, cart abandonment, and performance of marketing campaigns via Shopify analytics
Generate weekly/monthly reports and recommend improvements
- App Coordination
Install and manage Shopify apps for loyalty, upsells, reviews, subscriptions, etc.
Coordinate with developers or support teams for any integration needs

- Product Performance
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Engage with followers, answer DMs, and grow community interaction
- Track engagement metrics and recommend optimizations
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers/brand ambassadors
- Manage influencer briefs, collaborations, and performance tracking
- Maintain influencer database and handle follow-ups
Content Creation & Coordination
- Create basic visual content using Canva (posts, stories, reels)
- Write social media captions, emails, and product descriptions
- Coordinate with video editors and agencies to deliver on-brand content
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Track campaign results and compile monthly performance reports
- Coordinate paid ads (Meta/Google) with in-house team.
Video Production
- Plan and brief short-form video content for social media, ads, and testimonials (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Coordinate with external video editors, creators, or production agencies to ensure content aligns with brand messaging
- Collect and organize customer testimonials or influencer video submissions
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery and publishing of video assets
- Review and give creative feedback on video drafts to ensure visual quality, brand consistency, and marketing goals are met
- Maintain a library of video assets, raw footage, and final edits for reuse
- Scriptwriting or outlining briefs for testimonial videos and educational content
- Coordinate basic UGC-style shoots or in-house content if needed (smartphone-level or remote team content)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, or eCommerce
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, and Canva
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Bonus: experience with Meta Ads Manager, influencer marketing tools, or email platforms like Mailchimp/Klaviyo
