We’re searching for a Social Media & Content Manager who understands e-commerce and knows exactly how to turn products and stories into engagement and sales across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage the entire social media strategy for our Shopify shop across all key channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
- Plan, create, and publish daily content (posts, stories, reels, shorts, live sessions, product videos)
- Spot and react to trends, challenges, and viral moments in real-time
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure our content stands out visually and drives conversion
- Manage community engagement: answer questions, respond to comments and DMs, build relationships with followers and influencers
- Analyze performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy for maximum impact
- Grow our follower base with creative campaigns and a consistent brand voice
What you bring:
- Proven experience building and managing social media channels for an e-commerce brand (Shopify is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (trends, formats, algorithms, analytics)
- Hands-on skills with video production, editing, and graphic tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Creative storytelling, copywriting, and a sharp eye for visuals
- Data-driven approach: you care about metrics, not just “likes”
- Fluent English (German a plus, not required), proactive, high-energy personality
