About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand Manager who blends strategic depth with creative clarity—someone who understands how perception shapes preference and how design and messaging drive business results.
You’ll work across multiple client projects, using a mix of brand theory, behavioral insight, and real-world execution to create brands that are both intellectually solid and emotionally magnetic. In a fast-moving, idea-rich environment, your work will require long-term thinking, agile problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to content, communication, and collaboration.
Scope of Work: What You’ll Own
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Shape and evolve brand positioning for clients across industries
- Craft differentiated narratives that align with business goals, customer needs, and cultural context
- Build frameworks that translate strategy into brand systems
Brand Architecture & Governance
- Create and manage brand guidelines for clients
- Ensure consistency across visual, verbal, and experiential touchpoints
- Support client teams in brand rollout and internal adoption
Messaging, Storytelling & Content
- Turn complex ideas into compelling stories, taglines, and messaging hierarchies
- Write or oversee content across formats—digital, print, packaging, campaigns, and more
- Collaborate closely with designers and strategists to bring brands to life
Behavioral & Cultural Insight
- Use research, behavioral psychology, and social trends to guide brand expression
- Tailor communication to audience mindsets, moments, and markets
- Improve brand relevance and emotional resonance
Measurement & Brand Health
- Define brand success metrics—awareness, preference, sentiment, etc.
- Analyze performance using both qualitative and quantitative data
- Translate insight into clear priorities and optimization plans
Integrated Campaigns & Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams
- Bridge long-term brand building with short-term campaign impact
- Support rollout of strategic creative across owned, earned, and paid channels
Market Scanning & Innovation
- Stay sharp on branding trends, cultural shifts, and visual innovation
- Spot opportunities for differentiation and experimentation
- Pilot new ideas and evaluate what moves the needle
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing
- Solid understanding of brand theory, consumer psychology, and positioning
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills
- Experience in fast-moving, creative, or high-growth environments
- Proficiency in translating strategy into assets and experiences
- Familiarity with tools like brand trackers, social listening, or insight platforms
- Strong collaboration skills across creative, marketing, and business functions
- Bonus: experience working with consumer brands, emerging markets, or purpose-led businesses
