Job Title: Business Development Manager – Corporate Events & Booth Solutions

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new clients in the corporate events sector, with a strong focus on booth design/build, corporate gifting, photography & videography, event design, and full event management services across the UAE and KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in target sectors across UAE & KSA.
- Close high-value deals in booth design/build, event execution, and corporate gifting.
- Develop and maintain strong industry connections and relationships.
- Create tailored proposals and quotations to match client needs.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Work closely with the internal operations, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development/sales in event management, booth building, or related fields.
- Strong network and ability to generate leads and close deals quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of UAE and KSA markets is a strong advantage.
Compensation:

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
