Responsibilities:
- Coordinate exhibition and event projects from concept to completion.
- Managing Site and operations on site
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Review and interpret technical drawings & layouts (AutoCAD).
- Monitor timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in exhibitions & events project coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge of event and exhibition production.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
