We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer focused Bullion Gold Dealer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Gold industry and a strong understanding of gold bullion products. You will assist clients with buying and selling precious metals while providing expert advice and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Buy and sell gold Bullion.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment options and pricing.
- Conduct transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of bullion products and market conditions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure product authenticity.
- Handle customer inquiries in person by phone and via email.
