We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the business setup and tax consultancy sector in the UAE. The BDE will be responsible for converting prospects, and managing client relationships to support their journey in setting up businesses and availing tax advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on company formation, license types, visa requirements, documentation, and legal procedures.
- Promote the firm’s tax advisory services, including VAT registration, corporate tax, and accounting support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in sales/business development, preferably in the UAE business setup industry or tax industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Bachelors of commerce or finance filed
Compensation:
- Salary: [Insert Salary Range – e.g., AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month]
- Commission: Attractive commission structure based on performance
