Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Officer to join our team of Fakeeh Care Group, reporting directly to Group Director Strategy & ESG. The Strategy Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across the Group. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong analytical background, excellent communication & presentation skills, and a passion for healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct/support research and analysis to support the development of strategic initiatives.
Assist in performance tracking of strategic initiatives across the Group.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with business objectives.
Coordinating with counterparts in Group entities to generate the supporting data.
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate strategic initiatives and progress to senior management.
Support the development of business cases to evaluate new strategic initiatives.
Support in preparing ESG disclosures and periodic reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in a strategy, consulting, risk, or healthcare management role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work reliably, independently and as part of a team.
Passion for healthcare.
