We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth. You should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., Agency, technology )
- Familiarity with the UAE market.
- Valid UAE driving license
