Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development/Broker Relations Manager to join our dynamic real estate development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the UAE property market and strong relationships with top real estate brokerages across the region. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual capable of building, nurturing, and managing relationships to drive property sales through external brokerage channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms across the UAE.
- Act as the main point of contact for brokers, providing them with project updates, marketing materials, and support.
- Organize and host regular broker meetings, events, and site visits to ensure engagement and alignment with sales goals.
- Monitor broker performance and provide feedback to management on productivity and lead quality.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure brokers are equipped with necessary tools and information.
- Negotiate and manage commission structures and brokerage agreements.
- Maintain a comprehensive broker database and ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in broker relations within a real estate development company in the UAE.
- Excellent network of real estate brokerages and agents across the UAE.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and sales procedures.
- Fluency in English; and any other language is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
