Key Responsibilities
Team & Studio Operations
- Manage operations and ensure team productivity and high performance
- Maintain a positive studio culture and high morale
- Oversee inventory management, ordering of supplies & all ops processes
Sales & Customer Experience
- Manage bookings and sales for retail customers, parties, events, and corporate sessions
- Execute and market themed events, brand collaborations, off-site events, etc.
- Plan and run kids’ holiday and summer camps in line with school calendars. Plan and run art programs for the general public
Business Development
- Identify and explore new business deals and partnerships
- New customers acquisitions through various BD strategies
- Represent the studio externally for outreach and partnerships
Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and manage content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat
- Strategize organic content growth
- Explore e-commerce opportunities for selling products, art kits online, etc.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Hard-working. Full Friday to Sunday and public holidays on-site
- Sales-driven mindset with creativity in customer engagement
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with excellent communication and execution skills
- Experience in creative, lifestyle, or events-based businesses is a plus
- English and Arabic speaking
