We are is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to support the continued growth of its brand and product portfolio. This role is integral to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a particular focus on the Asian beauty sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, assisting in brand onboarding processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business expansion strategies across the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new brand, product, and partnership opportunities aligned with brands growth strategy.
- Assist in brand outreach, initial communication, and maintaining records of discussions with potential partners.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and internal reports.
- Assist in analyzing brand decks, product information, and competitive positioning to support brand evaluation and selection.
- Maintain organized tracking of leads, outreach status, contracts, and brand-related documents.
- Support BDM in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and following up on action points.
- Prepare and update market intelligence reports including category trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
- Handle administrative tasks related to business development, including data entry, file management, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between external brand partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of initiatives.
Requirement：
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in business development, marketing, or brand management.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficiency in Arabic or Korean is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
