Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing real estate brokerage firms across the UAE.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers to drive sales of Vincitore Realty’s luxury developments.
- Conduct regular project presentations, broker onboarding, and training sessions to increase channel engagement.
- Strategize and execute broker-focused business development plans to boost lead generation and deal closures.
- Organize site visits, events, and campaigns to promote projects and convert leads through broker channels.
- Track and analyze broker performance, ensuring timely communication and support.
Requirements:
- Strong network of brokerage agencies and deep understanding of the Dubai property market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-driven, performance-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
