Looking for Business Development Executive(BDE) with minimum 5 years experience preferably from health care industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities: This involves market research, prospecting, and networking to find potential clients.
- Building client relationships: BDEs nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and build trust.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies: They create plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Collaborating with internal teams: BDEs work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts and achieve goals.
- Negotiating contracts: They handle negotiations with clients to finalize deals and maximize profitability.
- Tracking progress: BDEs monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- Staying informed about market trends: They analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
- Representing the company: BDEs may attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and its offerings.
- Maintaining client databases: They use CRM systems to track leads, manage client interactions, and update information.
Education:
Graduated ( Preferably MBA)
Language:
- English, Hindi & Malayalam
Salary: AED4,000.00 to AED5,000 per month
Valid UAE Driving license (Preferred)
