Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team and play a key role in driving our growth in the region. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and effectively promoting our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment. Candidates must be open to relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement targeted lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and communicate our services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify strategic opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and deliver regular performance reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with the Middle East market is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Riyadh.
