We are looking for a sales & marketing professional to join our team on commission based role. The applicant will be in charge of planning and implementing sales activities that are focused at current and prospective customers.
Below are some key responsibilities:
- To find potential customers, target markets, and new business prospects for fit-out projects, establish and implement a business development strategy plan.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, industry events, and online platforms. Actively prospect and qualify potential clients.
- To understand market trends, competition, and customer demands, conduct market research. Find possible customers and projects that fit with the goals and skills of our company.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in fit-out works. Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the professional network.
- Prepare and deliver bids, tenders, and proposals for fit-out projects. Work together with the internal team to provide thorough, competitive offers that satisfy client needs.
- Deal with clients to discuss contract details, costs, and project parameters.
- Collaborate with the design, estimating, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution.
- Throughout the course of the project, provide great customer service, remain open to communication, and comprehend and respond to clients' demands to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Holds minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience within UAE market
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new skills
- Quick decision making and problem solving skills
- The ability to think creatively and with a "can do, will do" mindset can help to establish a strong business pipeline.
- Skilled at Microsoft Office tools (PPT, Word, Excel).
- Strong listening and communication abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).
- UAE driving license will be a plus
