Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive strategic growth, and lead the team toward achieving organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead annual planning, budgeting, and performance target setting.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities for new opportunities.
Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth across company services and offerings.
Set and monitor targets for teams and departments.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
Implement systems and processes to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams.
Cultivate a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Lead performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
Financial Management
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Monitor P&L, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
Implement cost-control and growth strategies.
Marketing & Brand Management
Support marketing strategies and initiatives.
Strengthen brand presence across relevant platforms.
Represent the company at industry events when required.
Technology & Innovation
Lead adoption of technology and platforms for operational efficiency.
Encourage innovation to enhance services and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8–12 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in senior management.
Strong understanding of business operations, sales strategy, and regulations.
Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of market trends and operational best practices.
Proficiency in CRM and management platforms.
Strong financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting.
Ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
