- Deal Closing or Appointment Setting: 1 year (Preferred)
Identify and engage decision-makers (CEOs, MDs, Procurement Heads)
Book qualified meetings for our sales team with a razor-sharp pitch.
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
Hit (and exceed) weekly KPIs for calls, meetings, and revenue.
Become a trusted advisor, not just another salesperson.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain Tafreed’s business setup and corporate services
- Follow up with warm leads and inquiries
- Attend client meetings (in-person or Zoom)
- Prepare proposals/quotations (with support from operations team)
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Requirements:
- Strong telemarketing and client communication skills
- Presentable and confident for client meetings
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
- Previous experience in business setup or corporate services is an advantage
- Must be proactive and target-driven
- UAE experience preferred
