Job Title: Business Development Executive – Home Care Services

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our home care services in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and potential clients, and helping to expand the company’s market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the healthcare and home care industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, medical centers, senior living communities, insurance companies, and referral sources.
- Meet with potential clients (individuals and families) to understand their needs and propose appropriate home care solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop campaigns tailored to the UAE home care market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Stay updated on competitors, pricing, and market trends in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care sector.
- Strong network within the UAE healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai.
