- Inform customers about product & services
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Understand customer's need & solve queries
- It is a Full Time Customer Support / Tele Caller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
- Direct sales to corporate enterprises, B2B customers, System Integrators, and other verticals.
- Lead the Business Plan with Customers and Incorporate customers' objectives, strategy, and the same ultimate Sales goal.
- Monitoring sales and distribution performance by item, executing, and driving effective promotion.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of Experience.
- Should have experience in managing Audio visual and IT customers such as system integrators, contractors, cooperate clients, resellers, wholesales etc. (Smart boards, Digital displays, LED video wall & Video conference systems)
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
- Should have sales & Marketing Knowledge.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Good Negotiation skills
- Ability to Present Market activities and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Good problem solving & Decision making
- Good Command of English.
- Computer-literate; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel.
