We are looking for a Business Development Person for our survey segment as per following:
1. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
2. Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
3. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
4. Coordinate between client and surveyors to ensure that timelines are being met and company standards are being upheld.
5. Prefer to have a female candidate
6. Salary: AED 3500 - 4000 per month + 5% commission from the sales revenue
7. Prior experience of working in B2B sales is a must
