Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are a leading contracting company specializing in mechanical, piping, and pipeline infrastructure projects. With a strong reputation for delivering quality and innovative solutions, we are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Visit existing and potential clients to present company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify and collect information on new projects, tenders, and market trends.
- Promote and sell company products to contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation team.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Maintain an updated client database and sales activity reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in trading and/or contracting sector in UAE/GCC.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of construction materials, MEP, and contracting industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
