Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and deliver customized FM solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility management services, pricing models, and market standards in the UAE.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, forecast, and achievements for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the Facility Management industry within the UAE
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts in real estate, construction, and property management sectors.
