Job Summary:
Pegasus Home Healthcare Services L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and grow our healthcare services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, corporate sites, construction/industrial companies, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote services such as nursing, doctor on call, medical camps, ambulance services, health screenings, etc.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the operations and medical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the company at healthcare exhibitions, networking events, and meetings.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Provide weekly reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and services in UAE is a plus.
