We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through strong networking with interior designers, architects, and décor companies. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and establishing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and generate new leads through interior designers, architectural firms, and décor companies.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the interior design and construction sectors.
- Promote the company’s interior fit-out services to potential clients and partners.
- Arrange and attend meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospects and partners.
- Understand client needs, prepare customized proposals, and assist in negotiation and closure of deals.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate client information and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with internal design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of secured projects.
- Achieve sales targets and report progress to senior management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the interior design and décor ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a B2B environment.
- Valid UAE driving license.
