Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Business Setup Advisor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UAE company formation, free zone/mainland setups, and excellent client relationship skills. You will play a key role in guiding potential entrepreneurs and investors through the process of setting up businesses in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients via inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable jurisdiction (Free Zone, Mainland) and license activities.
- Provide detailed information about the setup process, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and present tailored business setup proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and provide post-sales support when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business regulations, government processes, and free zone/DED updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Work closely with the operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth application and licensing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years experience in business setup/company formation in the UAE is mandatory.
- Good understanding of various UAE jurisdictions (Free Zones, Mainland).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Goal-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
