Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive in IOT Devices with 1–2 years of experience in client relationship management and order follow-up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth communication, and closely coordinating with internal teams to follow up on ongoing orders.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the value of long-term client engagement and enjoys being the bridge between the client and internal operations. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving order-related issues, and contributing to the company’s sales retention goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and order updates.
- Follow up on all ongoing and pending orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Keep accurate records of client communications and order statuses.
- Support the sales team with repeat orders, client retention, and post-sales service.
- Identify potential for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent and proactive support.
- Knowlege of IT & IOT Devices
- 1 Degree in Business & 1 degree in IT would be preferred.
