Business Development Manager - Retail Mortgages (Arabic Speaker - 5+ Years of Experience)
Location: Dubai
Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager - Retail Mortgages to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to identify key business opportunities and capitalise on them to exceed monthly targets and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for retail mortgage products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
Engage in direct sales of home loans and mortgages to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate closely with sales leaders to align on strategies and share insights.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Customer Service and Compliance:
Maintain high standards of customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and policies, maintaining a low ratio of discrepancies.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales of home loans and mortgages.
Demonstrated banking experience, either locally or internationally, for at least 1 year.
Proven sales experience with the ability to meet consistently and exceed targets.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Arabic is essentialStrong ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with new effectively and existing clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a mobile sales team.
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
