Position Overview:
Saraya Marketing Management is looking to hire Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team in Deira. The Business Development Executives will play a key role in promoting and selling our products or services over the phone. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and sales objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell our products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services to potential customers.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Update and maintain customer information and sales records in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to address customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma; degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
The walk-in interview for Business Development Executives will be held on Saturday, 23/08/2025, from 11 AM to 3 PM at Saraya Marketing Management, Opposite Deira City Center, Parking 3, Near Zam Zam Mandi, City Avenue 1st Floor (103), Deira, Dubai.
