With innovation at the core of our operations, we are expanding and looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities in cargo and freight services
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
✅ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
✅ Analyze market trends and competitor activities
✅ Prepare and present customized proposals to prospective clients
✅ Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
✅ Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo services
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
