Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while analyzing market trends to develop strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to stay ahead of trends.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
- Prospect and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client & Partner Relationships:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts.
- Proposal & Contract Management:
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align business strategies.
- Provide feedback to improve products/services based on client needs.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on business development KPIs (revenue growth, conversion rates, etc.).
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
