Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Build and nurture client relationships through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client needs and present customized digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pitch decks, and strategic plans.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences when applicable.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reporting for transparency and strategy refinement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Driving license is must.
Nice to Have:
- Background in digital agencies or SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing trends and digital strategy.
- Existing network in marketing, automotive, or tech industries.
