We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development [Representative/Manager] to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
