About the Role:
Join FirstPoint Group, a premium provider of interior design, renovation, and fit-out services in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who understands the market, has an existing network, and is ready to take on a leadership position in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the design and fit-out space
- Build strong relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and commercial clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover
- Work closely with the design and execution teams to tailor client proposals
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the interior design and/or fit-out industry
- Strong local market knowledge and professional network
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- UAE experience is highly preferred
