We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales - Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Government, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors by promoting our cutting-edge Conversational AI and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation and enterprise technology trends and be skilled in selling to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Identify and proactively engage potential clients across the Government, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors who can benefit from our digital solutions.
- Executive Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CEO, CTO, CIO, etc.), understanding their pain points and business challenges.
- Solution Selling: Present and tailor our Conversational AI and CCM solutions to align with industry-specific challenges and opportunities, delivering clear and compelling value propositions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM data, and drive opportunities from lead to closure.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and persistent follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and delivery of impactful solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling enterprise digital solutions to the Government, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors.
- Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-level executives and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Fintech, blockchain, and analytics, and the ability to translate these into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven sales approach.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technology or solution sales.
- Experience with SaaS products or digital transformation initiatives is a strong plus.
