Role Overview:
Drive top-line growth by closing new business, expanding relationships within strategic accounts, and managing a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and procurement stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a small team of BDEs, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with Operations, finance, and HSE teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fuel, logistics, or related sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
