Roles and Responsibilities
- New Business Generation:Identify and engage with prospects across multiple channels including inbound leads, marketing campaigns, and platforms such as LinkedIn and other Social Media to book high-quality business meetings.
- Group-wide Business Promotion:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email campaigns) tailored to each division to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support:Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all sectors through online and offline channels. Generate qualified leads and set up sales appointments for each business unit.
- Digital Branding, Market & Competitor Analysis and Reporting:
- Enhance the online presence of each brand through consistent messaging, content marketing, and campaign management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies for each business line.
- Budget Management Develop category specific annual / quarterly / monthly budgets, demand plans and report against the same
- Prepare and present inputs related to departmental/ project budgets (resource requirements) and manage / control overall financial performance of the function by monitoring actual cost against budgets
- IT Support Coordination: Oversee basic IT infrastructure, including website updates, digital tools, and software systems. Liaise with external vendors or internal IT resources to ensure smooth tech operations.
- CRM & Data Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, track campaigns, and report on KPIs across the businesses.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and business heads of each division to align marketing activities and tech needs with business goals.
- Employee Training & Onboarding: Train staff across divisions on the use of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and other relevant tech platforms. Conduct regular workshops to ensure employees are digitally capable and aligned with marketing goals.
- Problem Solving & Initiative: Take ownership of challenges, identify root causes, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in Retail, Automobile and Commercial industries).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
