Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead our AWS Cloud Services sales efforts in the UAE and GCC region. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS offerings and a strong track record of
selling cloud-based solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing
end-to-end AWS cloud sales cycles, from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate and qualify leads for AWS cloud services
● Develop and execute sales strategies for AWS-based solutions
● Manage the complete sales process – from lead generation, proposal development,
and presentations to contract negotiation and closure
● Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, IT heads, and procurement
teams
● Collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams to deliver tailored AWS solutions
● Keep up with AWS service updates and incorporate them into client conversations
● Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools
● Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in
the region
Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B AWS cloud sales
● Strong knowledge of AWS services, pricing models, and solution selling
techniques
● Proven experience managing end-to-end AWS cloud sales cycles
● Experience working in or selling to clients in the UAE/GCC region
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
● Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
Preferred Qualifications:
● AWS Sales or Technical Certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions
Architect – Associate)
● Background in IT services, cloud consulting, or managed services
● Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
