We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a solid background in the hospitality and travel & tourism sectors to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new hotel across Chennai and other key cities.
- Establish and grow B2B relationships with tour operators and travel agents targeting UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive outbound business to the Middle East.
- Attend travel trade shows, industry events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility and build partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the hospitality or travel & tourism industry.
- Strong existing network with real estate, hotels, travel agents, and tour operators.
- Good knowledge of Middle East tourism trends, particularly UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within India for meetings and market development.
