Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of proven experience in business development within Facility Management, Security, Life Guard services with strong industry knowledge
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, especially with manpower or outsourcing contracts
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- UAE experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow business in FM, Security, and Life Guard services
- Identify new business opportunities and manage end-to-end client engagement
- Build strong client networks and nurture long-term partnerships
- Lead and mentor the business development team
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service contracts
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams for seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, tender opportunities, and market competition
