Role Overview:
We seek a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with companies in the UAE and onboard them as clients for our HR and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with companies in need of recruitment support
- Build strong B2B relationships and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads
- Understand clients' hiring needs and position HR Consultancy as the go-to solution
- Attend meetings, networking events, and exhibitions to promote our services
- Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth client delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales (preferably in HR or recruitment industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
