Job Summary
PikMyCar is a premier transportation services provider operating across the UAE and the Gulf region., specializing in airport transfers, car rentals, and comprehensive mobility solutions. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, establishing strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals that support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Growth Strategies: Formulate and implement innovative strategies aimed at acquiring new clients and increasing sales revenue.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and target potential clients.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and effective networking.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Sales Negotiations: Lead negotiations, manage the entire sales cycle, and close high-value deals that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing, operations, and product teams to refine service offerings and enhance brand visibility across digital channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and digital marketing performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Industry Representation: Represent PikMyCar at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to further expand market presence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master's in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in business development and sales within the transportation, logistics, or mobility sector.
- Oman Experience: At least 4+ years of mandatory experience in the Oman market.
- Sales & Marketing Acumen: Proven track record of acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets. Must also have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools to effectively guide outsourced teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the transportation and mobility market in Oman.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Additional Requirements: A valid Oman Driving License and a willingness to travel for business opportunities.
