Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Business Development Manager with strong B2B sales capabilities and a proven track record in vehicle safety and telematics solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling GPS tracking devices, fleet management systems, and vehicle monitoring technologies across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of telematics and automotive safety solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and promote products such as GPS trackers, fleet management systems, speed limiters, and IoT-enabled safety solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customized offerings and post-sales support.
- Maintain relationships with transport companies, fleet operators, and commercial vehicle clients.
- Ensure solutions meet TDRA regulations and client expectations.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Proven experience in telematics sales (B2B).
- Strong understanding of GPS tracking, fleet safety, IoT solutions, and automotive electronics.
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written); Arabic is a strong plus.
- Self-driven with strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
