About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our vacation rental business in Dubai. This is a hands-on role focused on developing long-term relationships, managing sales operations, and building a strong client portfolio within the short-term rental industry.
You will act as a key representative of the company—interacting with homeowners, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, handling client onboarding, and supporting the wider management team in daily business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients
- Systematically manage and update leads in the CRM
- Set and attend appointments with homeowners and prospective clients
- Close sales and convert leads into long-term business relationships
- Client Relationship Management:
- Represent the company during guest check-ins and check-outs
- Act as a consultant to homeowners interested in short-term rentals
- Deliver high customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and consistent communication
- Team & Operational Support:
- Support management in executing business development strategies
- Attend and contribute to weekly company meetings
- Maintain awareness of company policies and service updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand and manage the property portfolio
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi, Arabic, or Russian (required)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A proactive, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- UAE Driving License (preffered)
