Job Title: Manager: Business Development / Sales (UAE & Gulf)

Salary: AED 3000 to AED 8000
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will connect with potential customers to help them expand their business. This role
involves high-ticket sales of a premium service designed to transform businesses into global
brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold outreach,
networking, and referrals.
2. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships
with existing clients.
3. Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in UAE
and Gulf markets.
4. Understand clients’ business models, products, and aspirations to position our solutions
effectively.
5. Provide tailored advice on how our service can help them achieve their global business
objectives.
6. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
7. Monitor and report sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to senior
management.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
10. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand
visibility and network with potential clients.
Key Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, international trade, preferably with high-ticket
products/services.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
