Our client s is a leading provider of well intervention and completion solutions, specializing in efficient, safe, and innovative oilfield services. With a reputation for operational excellence, their aim is too expand the footprint of the company in the Middle East, with a strategic focus on Abu Dhabi and the UAE energy sector.
An experienced, driven, and well-connected Business Development Manager is required to lead their growth initiatives in the UAE, with a particular focus on Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the clients’ strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities-
- Market Development
Identify
well services, intervention, and completion markets.
- Conduct
customer needs within Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
Client Relationship
Management
- Build
oil companies (NOCs), and service partners.
- Represent
brand visibility.
Sales & Commercial
Strategy
- Develop
revenue growth.
- Lead
coordination with internal teams.
- Track
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify
with Deep Well Services’ growth plans in the region.
- Engage
(ICV) considerations.
Collaboration &
Reporting
- Collaborate
client needs and service delivery.
- Provide
development activities and market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 7 years of business development experience in the oilfield services sector, with a strong understanding of well intervention, completion, or drilling services.
Proven track record of winning business and developing relationships in the UAE, particularly with ADNOC and other Abu Dhabi-based operators.
Established network within the Abu Dhabi energy sector is highly desirable.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and sales strategy development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally internationally as required.
