We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) Female with Charismatic personality to spearhead growth within our metal can division. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities across key sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Work closely with design, production, and customer to ensure seamless delivery
- Deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of securing new business and managing client accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel as needed.
