Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of business incorporation processes in both mainland and free zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Lead and manage the team to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion strategies
- Expand and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies for growth
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and manage all client interactions efficiently
- Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals
- Support complex client requirements, ensuring a seamless business setup process
Requirements and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business setup services, sales management, or a similar role in the UAE
- Extensive knowledge of UAE company incorporation (mainland & free zone) and government regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals effectively
- Excellent business development abilities with a well-established network of clients and partners
- Proficiency in CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Urdu, Hindi, or German are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
