AYA Boutique Holiday Home Rental is seeking a strategic and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead the charge in onboarding premium units in Dubai’s top locations —without relying on marketing-generated leads.
Your Mission:
Onboard high-end properties in prime Dubai areas—through your own business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure premium properties for short-term rental
- Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers
- Work independently to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team—you won’t execute campaigns, but you must understand their process, strategy, and tools
✅ Requirements:
- Proven success in business development within real estate, property management, or short-term rentals
- Strong network within Dubai’s premium property market
- UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals—not to execute, but to effectively collaborate and align with the marketing team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
