We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and client acquisition for our fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a proven track record in securing interior fit-out projects, and the ability to develop strategies that drive business growth.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the fit-out sector.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Collaborate with the design, estimation, and project teams to align client requirements with company offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify potential opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Provide input to senior management regarding business growth strategies, pricing, and market positioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience in interior fit-out / contracting industry in UAE/GCC.
- Strong understanding of fit-out project cycles, costing, and market dynamics.
- Proven network of industry contacts (consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
